Top down approach

The only way to really make change happen, is to start with strong leadership, not by taking charge as a leader, but by giving your people the confidence that they can do it themselves. Being the good example. The top of a team or organization is the starting point for this. It must take a fundamental choice to change to a different way of thinking and working, in order to make sure certain tools and techniques (which are often really well known) work out better.
