A more detailed model has been created in which 14 behaviors are explained, a model with a strong character on behavior but business focused. You can read the 14 principles below:

The 14 principles are divided into 4 groups: rule 1 concerns Philosophy, also known as the long term. Rule 2-8 deals with the organization of processes (efficiency and effectiveness). Rule 9-11 is about how you interact with employees and partners. Lines 12-14 are about how to apply Problem Solving (tools and techniques).
